Creating SBT

Create Your SBT​

To distribute SBTs in your own mini-application, you need to create a free online event (reward) without registration.

Initial setup:​

  1. Open ONTON application via link: https://t.me/theontonbot
  2. At the bottom right click My ONTON button
  3. Click + - Create new event

Basic event information:​

  1. Enter Title in Event Title - this will be the name of your SBT
  2. Specify brief Description in Subtitle - brief information about the reward
  3. Select Onton from TON Hub list
  4. Select Category from Category list - choose appropriate theme
  5. Fill Description in Description - detailed description of the achievement
  6. Check the Checkbox with Terms Agreement
  7. Upload SBT Image - this image will be displayed in ONTON application
  8. Click Next Step button

Event format setup:​

  1. Select event format - Online
  2. Enter Link to your mini-application in URL
  3. Specify Dates and Time for start and end of SBT distribution in Event Date
tip

Event timing matters: API will accept requests only during the event time (i.e., during the time from start to end of your event). Therefore, if your mini-application implies permanent distribution of this SBT, specify several years immediately.

  1. Click Next Step button
  2. Skip Registration and Paid Event
  3. Click Next Step button

Security and SBT setup:​

  1. Specify Password in Event Password

Enter a strong password: Password is required when filling out the SBT creation form! But if you want to distribute SBTs in your mini-application, you don't need to publish it anywhere - keep the password secret. Otherwise, anyone who enters the password will be able to get your SBT without completing the necessary achievements in your mini-application.

  1. In Choose SBT option slide the Custom Reward slider
  2. Upload SBT Image - this image will be displayed in user's wallet
  3. Upload SBT Video - video for SBT (required)
  4. Click Create Event button

Moderation:​

Wait for approval of your event by moderators. This usually takes from several hours to several days.

Tips for creating quality SBT:​

  • Clear title - should reflect the essence of the achievement
  • Quality image - 1024x1024 pixels resolution recommended
  • Descriptive text - explain what the reward is for
  • Correct dates - don't forget about long period for permanent rewards

After event approval, proceed to getting SBT identifier.
